Paul is responsible for leading acquisitions, financing and investment structuring.
Prior to founding Front Street Development Group, Paul spent 12 years with Hazelview Investments (formerly Timbercreek Asset Management), where he oversaw a $4.5B portfolio of over 100 multi-residential assets, including a significant pipeline of developments. Throughout his time there, Paul lead a number of Hazelview's opportunity funds, including the repositioning of over 50 residential properties.
Paul graduated with distinction from York University’s Schulich School of Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Drew is responsible for leading the creative design strategy and management of all construction activities.
Prior to founding Front Street Development Group, Drew has spent 15+ years with Scotiabank’s real estate team, where his responsibilities include overseeing construction management activities throughout Canada. Drew also has extensive experience working at award winning design-build firms specializing in residential and commercial projects.
Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ryerson University’s School of Architecture.
